About the author

Chris Croft is a Chartered Engineer and has worked for ten years as Production Manager and General Manager in industries as diverse as Aerospace, Plastics, and Automotive. He has also lectured in Management for the Bournemouth University Business School. He now runs his own Management Development business specialising in DMS (Diploma in Management Studies) and CMS (Certificate in Management Studies) programmes, and has recently published books called “Time Management” (International Thomson Business Press, £14.99) – see amazon.co.uk, and The First Book of Management (self-published, £5).
